Soccer is a deep passion in all of Africa, but especially in places like South Africa, where where soccer became the dream-maker that can transcend the shackles of apartheid. Soccer, or Football as it is called in so many parts of the world, was embraced by the colonies in large part because it was the game introduced by the conquerors. To beat the English (or the French or the Italians) at their own game holds particular importance for African players and their fans.

To quote a FIFA.org comment on the USA vs. England World Cup 2010 game, is to understand that Africa and the USA have a lot in common at this 2010 Soccer World Cup! “A terrible mistake from England’s Robert Green gave USA a share of the spoils in Group C’s opening match played in front of a passionate crowd in Rustenburg.”

No one seems to mind losing to Brazil or Germany or Italy, but there are some teams that are frightening to play since loosing to them ousts you from the elite world of soccer countries. Being a goalie in a World Cup Game against the USA is a very frightening responsibility, indeed. And, pure stress can make for a mistake that otherwise would be nearly impossible.

It’s a shamed that more countries can not enjoy what it feels like to play soccer they way it was intended to be played. Jamaica had it when they entered the Bobsled competition in the Olympics. The US has it in the soccer world. And South Africa can do nothing but win by pulling off this unprecedented Soccer World Cup with perhaps more spirit and class than the game has ever known! With the spirit of “Nothing to lose!”

But it has come to my attention that teaching kids through activity books at an early age can instill lots of good habits. As a coach, I know how instilling good habits is easier than changing bad one. Just look at kids who can only dribble and kick with one foot. So we have launched this division of our children oriented animation and interactive creative services division: Children Activity Book Production and Design. We have always offered these services, but we want to0 fine tune them and make them more cost effective to they are accessible to more teachers parents and kids. World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. today announced that Linda McMahon has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer after announcing her candidacy for the United States Senate, representing the state of Connecticut. Vince McMahon assumes of CEO duties in addition to his current position as WWE Chairman. McMahon will be supported by the seasoned executive management team already in place and led by Chief Operating Officer and board member, Donna Goldsmith.
